Centerton City Court
Hearings suspended, until May 2020.
Bentonville District Court
All court dates (Arraignments, Plea/Discovery, Trials and Status Hearings) currently scheduled in the Bentonville District Court shall be canceled until after April 20th. All cases will be re-set and regular Court dates will resume April 21st unless otherwise updated.
Benton County Circuit Court Division 1
The reset dates for criminal cases in Division One (Judge Green’s Court) are listed below:
- For Court cases scheduled on 3-19-20, Court is now rescheduled to 5-13-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 3-30-20, Court is now rescheduled to 5-21-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 4-1-20, Court is now rescheduled to 5-26-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 4-6-20, Court is now rescheduled to 5-28-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 4-9-20, Court is now rescheduled to 6-3-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 4-20-20, Court is now rescheduled to 6-17-20.
- For Court cases scheduled on 4-27-20, Court is now rescheduled to 6-18-20.
- All court cases are reset to 8:00 AM on the above dates. Failure to appear in court can result in a Warrant being issued.
